I needed to special order a few reef items I couldn’t find anywhere local, and Coral Reef SRQ made the whole process really smooth. They got back to me quickly, gave me a realistic timeline, and everything showed up right when they said it would. Pickup was simple, and all the items looked great. I’m really grateful they were willing to help me out with such a random request.

I had a few questions before placing my order, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The person I spoke with was genuinely patient and kind, which I really appreciated because I was asking some basic things and never once felt embarrassed or brushed off.

There was a small mix-up with my order, but they handled it right away without making it stressful. They kept me updated the whole time, that kind of care means a lot. I’d definitely feel good ordering from Coral Reef SRQ again

I checked it out hoping to find some good coral, but the selection was REALLY limited. Kind of a letdown, honestly.

I checked out coralreefsrq.com and, like i said, the prices just felt a bit high to me. Some of the items looked really nice, so it’s not like the site was bad or anything, but compared to other places I’ve bought from, it didn’t feel like the best value. Like i said, maybe it makes sense if you’re looking for something super specific, but for me the cost was hard to justify. I just wish the pricing was a little more reasonable.

I was able to find what I needed quickly since the store was laid out well overall. That said, I did find myself expecting a bit more guidance in a few areas. Some clearer section labels or instructions would make it even easier to get around without having to stop and double-check where things are.

I reached out for help with water testing, but for some reason the whole process felt slow and not very helpful. I was expecting clearer guidance, but I didn’t really get much useful support

When I tried it as a beginner, especially during my first couple of days, I was hoping for more simple, step-by-step tips to help me get going. After spending some time with it, I still felt like the guidance wasn’t very clear for someone just starting out

I had a really solid experience at Coral Reef SRQ. I’m still new to saltwater tanks, so I came in with a bunch of random questions and wasn’t totally sure where to start.

The staff was super patient and easy to talk to. They explained the corals, fish, lighting, and water stuff in a way that actually made sense, and they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. They also didn’t try to push unnecessary stuff on me, which I really appreciated.

I left feeling way more confident than when I walked in. Definitely a 5-star experience for me, and I’ll be going back.

The tank has looked really good after each visit, so I’m happy with the cleaning overall. The only thing is the scheduling could be a little smoother—they were late once, which happens, I guess. As long as that’s not a regular thing, I’d still say it’s a good service, right?

I ordered some livestock, and unfortunately a couple of the pieces showed up looking a bit rough. One of the fish was breathing heavily when it arrived and sadly didn’t make it very long. I know shipping live animals can be tricky, but it was still disappointing.

I think the installation went smoothly overall. The guys seemed to know what they were doing, at least from what I could tell. They did show up a little later than expected, which had me wondering how the rest of it would go, but they finished everything neatly and it all seems to be working fine so far. I’d probably use them again.

I grabbed a few reef supplies from Coral Reef SRQ, and overall it was a solid experience. The prices seemed fair compared to some other places I was looking at, and the shipping wasn’t one of those crazy expensive add-ons, which was nice.

Everything came packed well and matched what I ordered, so no issues there. It doesn’t have that big polished store kind of feel, but for the price and all that, I was happy with it and would probably order from them again.
